Welcome to Castellana Plaza! This two-bedroom apartment spans 1,022 square feet (95 square meters) and offers a comfortable stay in the vibrant and diverse Tetuán district of Madrid. You'll be ideally situated just minutes from the bustling Plaza de Cuzco, a lively square near the modern Cuatro Torres Business Area. Also within easy reach is the renowned Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to the legendary Real Madrid CF. Enjoy the best of Madrid’s attractions, all within close proximity!
Upon entering this unit, you will be met by a hallway which leads to the open plan living area, consisting of a comfy sofa and flat screen smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances you would expect to find in your home kitchen, including a washing machine. From the living space, there is also access to the balcony which lets in lots of natural light and fresh air with a view of the street below. You will also find a dining area with seating for 6 guests and access to another balcony.
Off of the living area, you will find the master bedroom with a Queen size bed and spacious wardrobe for personal items. The second bedroom comprises a single bed. Both bedrooms are facing the interior of the building so they are very silent.
The 2 bathrooms both have a walk-in rainfall shower, toilet and sink and are brand new and finished to a high standard.
With wood floors throughout, the furnishings are all brand new and modern.
The Tetuán neighbourhood is one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Madrid, and it is a mix between an international popular area where you can find a lot of shops, international restaurants and very commercial avenues and also the main financial area of the city: the business areas of Calle Orense, Cuzco, Plaza Castilla and Nuevos Ministerios are also part of it. You can enjoy good transport communication with the rest of the city.
