The apartment is inside an 'Old Milan' style building with the classic central courtyard and the balcony on each floor that leads to the apartments.
The apartment ( 48 sqm ) is on the second floor of this building - equipped with a lift - overlooking via San Vittore.
The house is bright and has parquet flooring. It initially develops into a comfortable living area, with an open kitchen, where there is also a French size sofa bed (190cm x 140cm) and a cabinet with drawers and TV. Inside the living area furniture there is the boiler which serves to make the apartment autonomous for both heating and hot water.
Most of the furnishings in the apartment are tailor-made to make the most of the available space. A small hallway with a small bookcase allows access to the bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine, and leads to the bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (190cm x 160cm). In the bedroom there is a split for air conditioning and allow you to better enjoy even the hottest periods of the year.
